It's funny the way life turns out sometimes isn't it?
Eleven years ago, I went through two traumatic life events.....at the same time.
I lost my dad while I was struggling to get away from an abusive relationship. It was the lowest and most trying time of my life. I experienced every emotion possible from anger to grief to sadness, loneliness, depression and anxiety.
I was convinced I was going to be sad, unhappy and lonely for the rest of my life. But what I didn’t realize was that this was setting the wheels in motion, leading me towards something I didn’t know I wanted or needed. The best part of my life was yet to come.
For the next 8 years, I healed myself and learned to love myself.
And I did it all by myself.
I dove into self-help books, took courses on stress and anxiety and obtained certifications in Life Coaching, Law of Attraction Coaching, and Meditation Teacher, to name a few. Through this, I was able to learn techniques and strategies for improving my overall well-being. I loved it so much that I left my career to dedicate my time to helping others do the same. Leaving my career on a whim without a solid plan was scary, but I did it anyway. Best decision of my life!
You will never regret following your dreams.
Not only did I heal myself, and learn something new I could teach others, but I also found my husband. My life right now would not have been possible had I not gone through what I did.
When you look back you realize things happened for a reason.
